Shipments are prepared at the following times:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

If Eutopia mistakenly sent an item different from the one you ordered, or if the quality of the item you received is inadequate, please contact us. We'll cover both shipping and return costs. For more information, see our returns and exchanges policy.
